The angels sing let it shine let it shine

Title is from a song from Billy Talent III called "The Dead Can't Testify" that I really like.  Whole album is pretty good.  Juts one song that's too depressing, and one that creeps the hell out of me if I pay too much attention to the words.

So... It's been awhile since I did a journal, and it's been awhile since I wrote much, and I've discovered again how much I like writing.  I amaze myself and am ridiculously proud...  Anyway, stuff.  Stuff has happened, stuff always happens.  Almost to the end of the semester.  Two more weeks, I think, and I'm finishing up projects.  Making a web page art thingy with pretty pictures and stuff for my design and composition class that's almost done.  Might link it when it's finished.  Got a report to write for usability and interface design, I'm just waiting for my partner to get me the information from his testing before I can write it.  In advanced multimedia authoring, which should really just be called PHP, I'm building an an extensive program for LARP.  Got a plot database made up.  Created a login.  Gonna make a player information database, and eventually a character sheet database.  It's lots of work and way above and beyond what's being required for the class, I even have been stumping the teacher with some of the problems I'm running into with it.  Sat for and hour with her trying to fix a bit of code and in the end it magically fixed itself.  Frustrating, but most of it I've picked up super easy and I really enjoy it.

So... the rest of life.  Spent last Monday with John.  Yay for a week off!  That is sadly now over... Thanksgiving was fairly uneventful.. Had my cousin and his wife over but that was  all the extras.  Grandma messed up the gravy because she decided for some cracked out reason to follow the directions for once.  John got invited to dinner, but decided he needed to not leave his brother alone.  Got the last of my user testing for my report done last night at LARP.  Only got to play for the last half hour or so, but I had fun.  Played Madison and well, she's a lot easier for me to get into things with.  Not sure where I'm going from here, but maybe things will get better.  Spent today with John again... skipped school, I know I'm horrible.  But it was only one class, that was having a work day, and I was way to tired to feel comfortable driving for two hours to school.  So I slept, and it was warm and comfy and wonderful.

My druid is 80 and collecting ore and gems.  Got jewel crafting up into the Northrend stuff finally.  My paladin is 65 and has crappy gear cause I leveled a bunch out in Plaugelands.  Still working on her blacksmithing.  Her mining is at least close to where it should be.  I need more resto gear for Serc.

Hmmm... I smell cookies I think... must go hunting...
